If you wish to cancel a reservation you must cancel 12 hours before the start of the class to ensure your credit is returned to your account. You can manage all your class bookings through the personal account, or by getting in touch via our help centre.
Yes, payment via vouchers is available and works automatically. Once you have an account, proceed to your vouchers app, search for KLÚB and make a transfer equal to a price of an item you would like to buy. It will be processed within 2-5 minutes and you will get a confirmation to your email. Note: If you are using Edenred, please also add full name used in your account (and nothing else) to the comments
All classes / packages are activated automatically following the first booking, not from the date of purchase. After determining the activation date, you can only reserve classes scheduled to occur beyond this date.
1. Open the website 2. Sign in to your account, select your preferred class and tap ‘book’ 3. Select the class you wish to book
4. Tap 'OK'
In the event that a class is fully booked, a limited number of spaces will become available on the waitlist.
Once a space on the waitlist has been booked, if a space in the class becomes available up to two hours before it’s start time, you will be auto-enrolled and notified via email.
If you cannot attend the class after being assigned a space, you must cancel 12+ hours before the class start time, as per our class cancellation policy. More information about penalty fees can be found here.
Absolutely, we provide lockers for clients to store their belongings safely during classes.
In the interest of maintaining a clean and safe environment, we encourage all members to wipe down the equipment after use. We provide disinfectant wipes for this purpose.
