Please do not take photos or videos during classes. Photos and videos can be taken before or after the class. But please make sure to respect everyone else’s privacy.

Please don't be late to the session as often instructor is the only one at the studio and once she starts to conduct the session she won't be available to open the entrance door.

KLUB reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not signed in and ready for their class before it begins.

If you wish to cancel a reservation you must cancel 12 hours before the start of the class to ensure your credit is returned to your account. You can manage all your class bookings through the personal account, or by getting in touch via our help centre.

Our studio boasts well-equipped space for Barre, mat Pilates and Yoga. We also have changing rooms, lockers, and a shower (please bring your own towel). Mats are provided for use in all classes.

Yes, our studio has shower facilities for use by all attendees. We provide hygiene products, but you would only need to bring your own towel.

To maintain a high standard of instruction and individual attention, we limit the size of our classes. The exact number varies per class, so please check the class details while booking.

Absolutely, we provide lockers for clients to store their belongings safely during classes.

In the interest of maintaining a clean and safe environment, we encourage all members to wipe down the equipment after use. We provide disinfectant wipes for this purpose.

We offer mat Pilates, Barre, Functional (listed Focus classes) and Yoga classes. Each class type is designed to cater to different fitness levels and goals.

Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in, but try not to wear too loose-fitting clothing; it is important that our instructors are able to check your form and alignment throughout class.

Bring the water bottle so you can fill it before or during the class.

If you prefer to use your own, you can bring a mat, but we also provide mats at the studio.

Yes, Klub suggests a very safe form of classes based on functional and stretching exercises. Every position and movement emphasizes correct alignment and accuracy of form.

Muscles surrounding and supporting ankles, knees, hips spine and shoulders will be properly stabilized and strengthened.

The exercise programs are designed to increase flexiblility in all of these joints and areas of the body to ensure improved posture, reduced soreness over time, decreased lower back pain, and overall energy increase.

Yes. Klub suggests safe and effective classes for pre- and especially post-natal care with a few minor exercise modifications.

The best option for pre/post natal care will be Barre I Sculp&Tone.

Even more — many clients have continued to take Klub classes throughout their pregnancy, and have seen great improvement in their post-natal physique when resuming classes after child birth.

But please make sure to consult with your doctor, some for when you are cleared to resume exercise post-pregnancy.

Anyone with any fitness level or age can benefit from the methods and techniques that are provided at Klub.

The class atmosphere is always supportive and encouraging. Each student can be challenged at their own level without affecting anyone else’s workout.

We encourage beginners to stick with the basic modifications, and to rest at any point when needed during the class. As you increase your stamina and fitness level, you will be able to add more advanced variations and join classes with higher difficulty levels.
